The combo of Sportsnet and City TV numbers show most of the other stations across the country could have put on a test pattern Monday night. The winner-take-all Game 7 of the Jays-Mariners series brought in at least 6 million viewers across the country, beating the numbers set in a Jays playoff game back in 2015.
But that's not all. Some saved the best for last and viewership swelled to more than 8 million when Jeff Hoffman closed out the game with three strikeouts.
Given that, if the Jays do well against the Dodgers, you can only imagine what the numbers are going to look like.
