Global seems to think they do. Q107 is just one of the Corus stations taking part in something called The Soap & Bubbles fan event, an upcoming contest for viewers of The Young & The Restless. The details haven't been released yet about exactly what this is, and I would imagine Global viewers will be able to take part.
But the contest is also being made available to listeners of various Corus stations, including Q, Energy 95.3 (Hamilton), Fresh Radio 103.1 FM (London) and Fresh Radio 93.1 FM (Barrie). I guess some of those are in the demo, but do Q107 listeners really follow soap operas? I suppose it all depends on what the "ultimate" prize ends up being.
Further details are coming, although they don't say when.
Something’s Bubbling in Toronto…

Back in 2014-'15, after their then-controversial re-imaging from classic rock to ostensible but not-quite-truly mainstream rock as "Toronto's rock station" and then briefly "Great hits and real classics", it seems that they went to considerable efforts to re-orient the station towards a somewhat more general audience that, by extension, should mean being more inclusive of women. The same is true of The Edge, particularly after Dean Blundell's suspension in December, 2013 and ultimate dismissal in January, 2014. I remember, although admittedly not in great detail posts on their Facebook page that mainly if not practically entirely attracted engagement from women and not men.
The Golden Horseshoe is a big market and they may be trying to leverage what they know to be obviously powerful assets. Indeed, the contest is also on The Edge.

Q107 listeners, by and large, probably aren't Y&R fans. But I'm willing to bet their wives are.
Historically, women tuned in to Q107 just to hear Maureen Holloway's "The Last Word".

Women use FB far more regularly than men do in my experience.

In the last book, within 25-54, Q was 62% male, Edge was 61%

I don't know, but Q plays the song, at least.

Hopefully not too often. You wouldn't want them "heading for an overload."

as one who grew up on Q i just dont listen that much anymore, and when i do listen to any corus rock station its always playing Evanescence! i much prefer Giant FM out of Niagara, they largely still play classic rock, as well as more rock sounding modern rock(if that makes sense): sheepdogs, foo fighters, black keys etc.
other then the odd killers song, and the omni present Bryan Adams. its a really good rock station
