How To Watch Channel 4 From The UK For Free

The eclectic British station is an alternative to the more staid BBC, but it's easy to watch online using a VPN. The station has several offshoots, including an all-film station. It offers a host of programs, some you can see here (like the Simpsons) and some you can't.

But it's free (with ads) and offers a simple sign-up - an email address and a password and you're in. (The VPN must be set to the UK for it to work.) You can see the list of what's available here

Of particular interest to some here is a bizarre offering called "The Donald Trump Show," timed to coincide with this visit to Britain. It purports to be a collection of the biggest lies he's told since he retook office and is something you just know the ego-driven leader won't be fond of.

But if that's not your cup of British tea, there's a lot of other great things there, and it's a lot easier to sign up for than the BBC. (Which I also recommend.) Another great free resource with stuff you won't see anywhere else.

Re: How To Watch Channel 4 From The UK For Free

This airs around 5 PM our time if you want to tune in long distance. It's an interesting programming move and it sounds hilarious.

"On 17th September from 10pm Channel 4 will broadcast Trump v The Truth, an unbroken catalogue of over 100 falsehoods, distortions and inaccuracies uttered or written by the US President since taking office in January. Running over several hours, these untrue statements will be punctuated by brief text-based fact-checks, offering viewers the truth behind the tweets, speeches and soundbites.

The theme will run across the day, with a Trump impersonator taking over from the Channel 4 continuity announcers, to deliver false information - from misleading programme synopses to exaggerated runtimes - as a sobering reminder of what can happen when once-trusted sources of truth cannot be relied upon."
