    Neat. A few hours a week, and he makes sure not to interfere with other signals.

    Into this year old thread comes this new story from the U.S. 

    Apparently, Brooklyn N.Y. is the pirate radio capital of America. Who knew? (And just how did that guy who called in from Toronto get the station, anyway?)
