Under The Influence Wraps, New Episodes Not Back Until Next January
One of my few must hear shows, CBC Radio's "Under The Influence" about advertising and marketing, wrapped up its last new episode on Thursday (with a replay on Saturday.) Host Terry O'Reilly confirmed it will be back for Season 21, but it will be a major wait. The show will not have new installments until January.
For a program about commercials, that is a long break!

A practice many hosts and programs would be wise to follow.

I will surmise the Thursday 11.30 am time slot on CBC1 will be repeats of the just concluded season. I would like to hear broadcasts from the previous 19 seasons when I wasn't a regular listener to Under The Influence.

They have pretty much all their past episodes as podcasts mic’em, check out the CBC Radio website or their app, BTW, their app works great, easy to navigate.

Thanks for that, I have never listened to a podcast to be honest. I just don't have the time or a comfortable enough place to just sit and listen to any. My leisure time is spent watching tv, or doing the bidding of my wife.
