From announcers to music directors and more, rarely have their been so many openings in radio for one single cluster of stations in a single area. They probably won't initiate the full takeover until most of these positions are filled - or so I thought. Turns out most of them have expired, which I take to mean people have been hired.

Whiteoaks Radio Openings
Appears the job postings have all expired.

They posted a teaser on LinkedIn that said Monday. So I assume they take full control on Monday of the new stations.

It's fairly easy to program the music stations, but I'll be very curious to see how they handle CKTB. If you look at their current line-up below, you'll see how completely dependent they are on Bell Media originated programming in certain dayparts. Will they be able to replace all of those shows in one fell swoop or make a deal with the former owner to run some of their stuff?
If the former, there are literally dozens of hours of programming to fill. Can they do that when the ownership switch officially gets flipped?

Probably super old info, but wasn't St. Catharines a union shop at one point? Did it go away?

Bell was unionized by Unifor. White Oaks might not have a Union status.

That's incredibly misleading.
Many Bell employees are members of various unions.
Their conventional TV stations are mostly unionized. Their radio stations mostly aren't.
Bell radio clusters that are unionized include Montreal, Winnipeg, Kitchener, Halifax, and Windsor. CFRA and CFRB have some unionized staff.
