Stefan Keyes has been named the new anchor of CTV Ottawa's 5 and 11 PM newscasts. He's been co-hosting the local weekday morning show for several years, so this is a major promotion. 

Those in other parts of the country (including Toronto), may have heard Keyes as recently as this week, filling in for Vassy Kapelos on the radio while she readied for the marathon Monday election coverage. Does this promotion mean his radio fill-in time is also over?
