Here's a better version of the video, although it's been needlessly looped.
It does appear possible it was a former employee, exacting some twisted form of revenge. But what worries me is the possibility of copycats. The guy who shot up the Batman movie in Colorado did that for the first time. Since then, there have been other cinema massacres. There are a lot of crazies out there and sometimes, all they need is an idea.

News reports indicate the shooter has killed himself.
I really hope this doesn't create any copycats. On the surface, it seems like it's just a crazed former employee out for some kind of vendetta. It could happen in any industry. It just happens that this time, the the incident happened in public and was recorded. My initial reaction was not to worry so much about this kind of thing happening again.
But, it's true. There are crazies out there that just need an idea.
