He's spent much of the last decade doling out scathing critiques of Donald Trump, but now one of his biggest detractors, Real Time host Bill Maher, has agreed to meet with the American President. 

I'm not sure if this will be televised but they should probably sell tickets! Maher is a huge critic of the Orange Man, but accepted an invite from one of his podcast guests, Kid Rock, to meet the object of his vitriol. 

Maher derides those who are aghast at the very idea of his visiting the White House, but he insists there's nothing wrong with talking to people who oppose you, presenting a different version of thinking to someone who never changes his mind. 

“There will be lots of people on the left who will be like, ‘How dare you talk to this man.’ It’s like ‘fuck you, I’m not playing this game that you mean girls play,'” the comedian said."

There's no immediate word when this version of "My Dinner With Donald" will take place, but I hope Maher brings a food taster along with him! After all, if it's good enough for his hero Putin...well, you get the idea. 

The Real Time monologue that follows this epic event should be quite the spectacle.
