I was listening to Bob Lonsberry on WHAM 1180 this morning, a vast wasteland interrupted by multiple commercials.
Bob was constantly deriding and making fun out of Canada becoming the 51st. state and referring to Justin Trudeau
as morally bankrupt Governor Trudeau. He stated that Canada should be grateful for even being considered to be the 51st state since it would benefit us culturally and economically. I called the station and just spoke to the screener
as I did not want to go on the air. I told him that Canada is not for sale and that Canadians are not interested and will never be interested in becoming a state since we hate their politics, lack of social programs, and superiority complex.

Stutterin' Stammerin' Bob? I remember him. His photo was next to the definition of 'low-information broadcaster' in the Radio Handbook.
(Though it may have been moved to the sex pest Appendix in later editions, I don't know.)

The "Canada should be grateful for even being considered to be the 51st state since it would benefit us culturally and economically" talking point was used early on by Jesse Watters on his prime time show on the Fox News Network and he confronted Ontario Premier Doug Ford directly with it during a Jan. 8 interview on his show. Far right-wing American radio hosts live in an echo chamber and just keep hearing and repeating that talking point and others. They likely weren't talking about it before the U.S. presidential election but once Trump raised the issue they mostly all fall in line as sycophants to Trump. One example: Fox/WABC host/commentator Mark Levin opposed the Trump tariffs of 2018 because it would cost American consumers, but now he has fallen in line with Trump in the current tariff war.

Australian talk radio and times radio from the u.k is better than any american talk radio station exept WGN.
If you still want american talk radio, just listen to WGN.
There not far-left or far-right.

Can you poot in the link?
Most american broadcasters are low-information.
If you want a conservitive talkshow then listen to times radio or sky news radio from australia.
American talkshows should learn from the uk or australia.
