Bell is in a bind.
On one hand, maybe it would be smart to close Best Buy Mobility stores that are already very close to a Best Buy Express, or maybe close a Bell world store that is too close to either of the two.
However,
in doing so, there might also be high risk of the competition opening up in that exact space, boosting the chances of losing business to the competition.
It's hard to know what should be axed to keep costs down.
