It's one of the few shows that takes place in a fictionalized Toronto. And the diagnosis for its future is good. CTV has confirmed it's ordered a fourth season of its medical drama, which has made a ratings dent for the network.
And with a potential writers' strike looming in the U.S., you have to wonder: could this show end up back on NBC next year if programming on the network thins out? They aired a season of it during the COVID-outage, when crews were no longer able to work. It was a modest hit, but NBC chose not to keep showing it when things went back to normal.
There are several seasons in the can, so the Peacock network might be able to run it for weeks at a time with no repeats if it comes to that.
CTV Renews "Transplant" For Season 4

Transplant finished 173rd in the 2021-22 final Neilsen Ratings and 41st of all the NBC series currently airing. In 2020-21 it finished 108th. I found this information on a site called the TV Ratings Guide. It has historical ratings data for each season going back to 1950.

Good on CTV renewing the series. At least the show is popular here. Transplant performed much better on Tuesday evenings on NBC. Depending how long and if there is a writers strike they might pick up Transplant again, who knows, maybe even the second season of Nurses!
Thanks for posting that link mace. Interesting in the 21/22 season in the US that 8 of the top 10 shows in prime time are football and two reality. There are no dramas in the top 20 and only 4 drama series in the top 30.
Sitcoms? Forget about it. Only 3 sitcoms listed in the top 50 shows with Young Sheldon, The Simpsons and The Neighborhood.
It is a shame we can't compare with the Numeris ratings any longer. Up until last year the top 30 in Canada was vastly different than our southern cousins with more drama, sitcoms and newsmagazines in the top 30 and far less sports (football).
