No, you still need a bypass tool for this paper after a small number of free articles per month.

I check the Buffalo News every day and after a few articles, a paywall kicks in; requiring me to use a bypass tool.

You already had it with the first bypass tool and this one works as well. I have a few that I use, as no one particular bypass works on every site.
