Netflix Raising Prices In U.S. & Canada

Welcome back my friends to the gouge that never ends.

The Canadian basic fee remains the same but the so-called middle tier (standard) will now cost you $16.49 a month.

U.S. subscribers will also be forking out more, depending on what level of service they have.

Yeah, we used to call that cable. lol
Wasn't there a time back in the 70's or early 80's when people protested by putting antennas back up on their roofs etc?
Cable would be one price, then quietly climb up and up in such a short time.

Now it's Netflix's turn...the higher they go though, the higher the chance of people finding ways to watch Netflix illegally.

I don’t get the outrage about Netflix upping the price by a buck or two every few years. They keep producing more and more award winning content every year and they offer more content than you could ever watch for the price it used to cost to rent three VHS tapes per month in the early 1990’s. It’s still a really good value.

Netflix has the original Star Trek series.

And Grace and Frankie which is a hoot and a half.

And unlike Amazon Prime, you don't have to subscribe to more channels to get to the good stuff.
