What are your fave love songs (top 5) and what is your least favourite? For me my least fave is probably Angie by the Rolling Stones. Only because it brings back painful memories of being a pre-teen at a dance and I think I had a zit on my chin the size of Sudbury.
But my top 5 love songs include:
1. I want you to love me- Cheap Trick
2. Love Train- O'Jays
3. Have you seen her-Chilites
4. Bad Company- Can't Get enough
5. Oh what a night!- Frankie Valli and the 4 seasons
There are some many good ones, but those are some of mine...
Happy Love Day Big Yellow! Thanks for moderating too Radio Active!

Online!
I don't really have "most favourites" in that it could be a different list tomorrow, or next week:
Lionel Richie and Diana Ross - Endless Love
Vanessa Williams - Save the Best For Last
Bette Midler - The Rose
Elvis Presley - Loving You
Kim Mitchell - All We Are
Tony Basil - Mickey (I'll choose that as a least favourite - but I don't hate it)

I have so many and my most favourites can always change, but a few that come to mind...
In Your Eyes- Peter Gabriel
More Than This- Roxy Music
Hasn't Hit Me Yet- Blue Rodeo
Let's Stay Together- Al Green
Your Song- Elton John

Three songs I have always enjoyed, When A Man Loves A Woman-Percy Sledge and two by Marvin Gaye, Sexual Healing and Let's Get It On. At the other end of the spectrum, Minnie Riperton's Loving You is like nails on a blackboard to me.

"Seasons in the Sun" by Terry Jacks .. just because it's the worst, cringe inducing song regardless on the "worst list" topic!
Honourable runner-up to worst song .. "Sometimes When We Touch" by Dan Hill.

Written and originally recorded by Jackie DeShannon as a B-side in 1963 and then re-released as an A-side in 1964, "When you walk in the room" is one of my favourites. It's been covered by many including:
The Searchers
Susanna Hoffs
Agnetha Fältskog
Paul Carrack
Bruce Springsteen
But my favourite is from 1994 from Pam Tillis.

Donna Lewis-I love you always forever, but not necessarily the radio version.
Here's a great remix that I like:
I'm sure there's 4 more great songs, I just have to think about it...

A Song For You (lots of great artists have covered it, Ray Charles and the Carpenters versions are two of my favs, apparently Simply Red did it too in 2005 but I'm afraid to listen to it)
Afterglow by Genesis
Claire by Rheostatics
Follow You, Follow Me by Genesis
Goodbye Girl by Go West
and any and all love songs by Bon Jovi would be my choice(s) for most disliked

Anyone know how old Craig, (one of the former mods of this board) would be if he were alive today?
Happy (what would have been) belated February 14th birthday Craig!
