How Do You Do "The Price Is Right" Without Anyone Coming On Down?

TV's longest running game show is coming back, but with big COVID changes that will make it unrecognizable from what came before. In addition to not having anyone in the audience - a big part of the show - there are changes to the set, social distancing for the bidding contestants, and forcing those who are spinning the big wheel to sanitize their hands before touching the thing.

I haven't watched TPIR in decades, but I have to admit I'm curious what this thing will look like and how they'll maintain the allure of the show without anyone being called to "Come On Down" from a non-existent audience. Another COVID casualty.

They should just run classic eppys from the 70s and 80s

I would imagine Let's Make A Deal has similar audience issues.

A well-known medical genius recommends the Let's Make A Deal audience come dressed as Javex, Clorox & Lysol products to keep everyone safe.

I don't know how they could even do "Deal" since the entire show IS the audience. But I'm guessing someone somewhere is working on it.

Perhaps they could have everyone behind a door. Now do you pick the contestant behind Door #1, Door #2 or Door #3?

Turns out they've figured something out after all.

I can't believe Drew Carey's new look!  (Night time price is right)
What's he trying to do? Look like Kenny Rogers?
