I know it's been covered this week but you may want to read the Gazette's coverage of the handling and firing of the Morning Show Team at Virgin Radio in Montreal, I like that he said," That for a company (Bell Media) that talks a lot about mental health, they sure didn't do right as to how they handled the firing/dismissal".
This leaves me wondering why radio station management cannot get their acts together when it comes to firing or letting staffers/announcers go?

Even down to reframing it as "letting you go" like management is breaking up with the employee instead of canning them, which is also a weird term...
