The Gazette's article on the firing- Virgin Radio's morning show team

I know it's been covered this week but you may want to read the Gazette's coverage of the handling and firing of the Morning Show Team at Virgin Radio in Montreal, I like that he said," That for a company (Bell Media) that talks a lot about mental health, they sure didn't do right as to how they handled the firing/dismissal".

This leaves me wondering why radio station management cannot get their acts together when it comes to firing or letting staffers/announcers go?

Here is the article in the Gazette...

The world would be so good if it weren't for some people...

Does any management, anywhere in the world, have their acts together when it comes to firing?

Even down to reframing it as "letting you go" like management is breaking up with the employee instead of canning them, which is also a weird term...

Left "to pursue other interests" is another good one.

"Retired." He or she "has retired."
No, I didn't, they're lying to you.
You roll your eyes...and confidently move on.
