I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – never, ever trust anything A.I. tells you. A perfect example happened to me this week, when I accidentally entered the call letters CFRB on an artificial intelligence site. Some of the answers are simply unbelievable.
 
Here is its first mistake:

Huh? It gets worse.

• Frequency: 1010 kHz (AM), with an FM translator at 98.7 MHz (CFLC-FM) to extend its reach.

What FM translator? And CFLC-FM is in Churchill Falls, Newfoundland. (It later openly admitted making up the translator!)
 
 And then there’s this:

• Legacy: For decades it was a dominant talk/news outlet in Toronto, home to long-running personalities like Jack Dennistoun, Bill Carroll, and later Brian Williams and Andy Sloan.
• Notable trivia: The station's original studios were located atop the Bloor Street location, and its call letters are said to stand for "Canada's First Rural Broadcast" or variations tied to founder Coxwell Cory — though the exact origin is debated.

Who in the world is Jack Dennistoun (did it mean Jack Dennett?) I’ve also never heard of Andy Sloan. And Canada’s First Rogers Batteryless is the actual meaning of the call letters.
 
But I saved the best for last, when I asked the bot about CFRB’s current line-up:

Wow. And then it had the nerve to ask me if I wanted go Premium and pay for an enhanced version of the service! All good for a laugh I suppose, but some people actually rely on this stuff.
