You may remember the name Ryan Doyle. He hosted a talk show at CFRB for 25 years. Last I heard of him he was working for some betting place, because he was always a big fan of gambling. 

But now it looks like all bets are off. Doyle is no longer a visible face, but he holds a pretty powerful position. His LinkedIn page indicates he's now the "Deputy Chief of Staff for Issues Management and Training at Office of the Premier of Ontario."

Well, good for him. He went from a business that could be hurt by one bad rating book to a job that could be wiped out by one bad election result.

But I just have one question. What, exactly, does the "Deputy Chief of Staff for Issues Management and Training at Office of the Premier of Ontario" do? I have to admit I have no idea. Sounds impressive, though.
