I'm not sure I learned anything new from this article, but it was an interesting read.
What To Do To Improve Indoor Radio Reception

Before even reading the article, the first thing that popped into my mind was why not listen on line. If the desired station is geo-blocked, find a similar formatted station or invest in a VPN.

I've got two; interference is never an issue. One in kitchen, the other in my bedroom. Has Upnp. Skytune is station aggregator but you can store raw URL streams on the radio so you're still OK if the aggregator disappears. Has internal re-chargeable battery for moving around.

I like these radios but I have to admit I laughed when I saw the box. "22,000+ radio stations, 4 presets." Hardly seems like there's enough of the latter.

Thanks for the explanation. That makes a lot more sense. If you have a radio that gets over 2,000 stations, somehow four presets seems a little stingy!

I've got this amazing sounding FM/DAB/Internet/Bluetooth radio that I otherwise love, but it only has 8 presets! It should be unlimited; I should be able to create folders or categories. I really don't like having to use the dial to spell out what I'm looking for.
