What Is Your Dog's Favourite TV Show? And Yes, It's A Real Thing

Yes, it sounds like a ridiculous question - and it is - but according to some pretty flimsy research, some dogs actually do like watching TV with you, even though they could care less about the stars and the plot.

So what is Must See TV for Dogs? This bizarre article outlines some of them, although my favourite part is the embedded TikTok video, where one of them gets so excited, he actually breaks the TV set!

When I was a kid, our house cat would sit on top of the television set because it was toasty warm. Occasionally, he would look at the screen and if a hockey game was on, his paw would attempt to catch the moving puck.

Our dog wasn't aware of the TV.  Don't remember her ever looking at the television.  Our cat "Fluffy" would sit about three feet back and watch TV from time to time.  And not just for a few seconds but sometimes for an extended time, 4 or 5 minutes.  Fluff was a smart cat.

Our dog - a dachshund-terrier mix - had no awareness of TV, though she did "watch" a lot of television with us. Chips liked car rides better, and chasing squirrels
