Wasn't going to write about this but it is just too funny, and I wonder if anyone caught it.
Wednesday morning Suit maker Tom Mihalik did his usual spot on John Moore's show.
He usually does it live by phone, but this time 1010 had hooked him up so he could do his spot live through the miracle of Internet communication.
He was speaking from some part of Europe... I didn't catch it but I believe it was the Italian Riviera.
Anyhoo, he gushed about the technology that enabled him to do his spot live from such a remote location.
He praised 1010 producer Nick Murano for what he described was Nick's "genius".
That was until the line went dead... as Tom's line was abruptly cut.
I laughed as Moore tried to smooth things over, explaining how technology is not perfect, etc etc, but that just emphasized the glitch making it all the more funny.
The timing was so perfect it was something out of SCTV Melonville.
