Law & Order: Organized Crime

The first four seasons of this series ran on Thursday's after SVU and had reasonably good ratings [#8, #22, #22, #13] However, NBC decided while giving a 5th season renewal, it would only air on Peacock. The new season begins April 17. CITY has the Canadian rights to the series and will air it only on Citytv+. Personally, I enjoyed the show, but not enough to pay for it.

Re: Law & Order: Organized Crime

NBC is trying to lure fans of this show over to its pay streamer Peacock, by showing the season 5 premiere on the full free-to-air NBC network. After that, you'll have to pay for the privilege. It runs on April 17th - the same night as the English federal election debate

This is a new strategy they've done before. (ABC did it a few months ago by showing the first episode of the made-for-Hulu drama "Paradise," before deciding the entire first season will air in its entirety on the broadcast network for free. The debut aired on Monday night.)

I love the Law & Order franchise, But Organized Crime has to be the weakest of all the formats, and I would never pay to see it.

The Elliot Stabler character is my favourite of the L&O franchises. I'm hoping over the summer City will air this seasons episode's if NBC doesn't after the season ends. How many reruns of Hudson and Rex are enough ?

I like Jet. I would be happy if I had one tenth of the computer knowledge she has.

Re: Law & Order: Organized Crime

Well now we know why the first episode of Organized Crime's fifth season will air on NBC. Apparently, April 17th there is crossover episode involving the other two series of the franchise.
