It's the case that simply will not die. After years of attempts to go after the surviving members of Nirvana for its infamous naked child cover on the ground breaking LP "Nevermind," the legal issue has come back to life. The guy who acknowledges he's the one pictured on that album has been trying to get his pound of flesh (you should pardon the expression) for decades but courts have thrown it out for various reasons. 

Until he took it to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth District, which is infamous for its often bizarre decisions. This case now involves chares of child porn and they've ruled the grown-up baby can go after damages all over again, even though he's openly embraced his bizarre place in rock history in the past. 

And this strange seemingly never ending case just keeps on going. Smells like more than just teen spirit to me.
