Camerawork On The Jays Telecast Tonight

Did Rogers buy a or drone or cable camera for the game tonight or have a different director?  I have never seen a Jays game with so many overhead movement shots of the crowd and field.  It looks great, even seem to have more aerial shots of the stadium.   Guess they are trying to create some fun and excitement in the team that has been failing lately.  I was at the game on Wednesday and witnessed the 10-0 drubbing from Texas.  The booing really started at the end of the 7th inning.  The fans didn't play favourites, Vladdy, Springer and Bichette all knew the crowd wasn't happy.  But they are tonight with the win.

Re: Camerawork On The Jays Telecast Tonight

Dan and Buck showed off the new camera, one like TV uses for football…runs back and forth on
a wire. Be too bad if the Jays don’t make the playoffs, they’re running out of time to use it this year.

Re: Camerawork On The Jays Telecast Tonight

Jays aren't dead yet. They just have to string a few victories together and get some help from the scoreboard. The fact that Seattle and Texas have seven more games against other in the next two weeks should prove interesting. Both teams finish their seasons on Saturday Sept 30th. When the Jays take the field against the Yankees on Oct 1st, they will already know their fate, already in, already out or needing one final victory to qualify. Jays do not hold the tiebreaker over either team.
