The number of complaints filed against Canadian telecom companies soared in the past year, according to the private-sector body whose job it is to resolve those complaints. The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services (CCTS) says it accepted 14,272 complaints from telecom and TV customers in the 2017-2018 period, up 57 per cent from the year before.
