Always liked Mr Peabody and his pal, Sherman.
Also using the device of time travel to secretly educate kids about history.

I never knew this. Thanks for sharing. Rocky & Bullwinkle is my favourite cartoon series of all time, just slightly ahead of Underdog. However, my favourite individual cartoon is the 1957 Looney Tunes takeoff of the Three Little Pigs entitled The Three Little Bops. It is unique because the voices are done by Stan Freberg instead of Mel Blanc and the cartoon does not end with the tradtional "That's All Folks"
