NBC/Peacock is the latest company to post the first episode of a show on YouTube. HBO has the first episode of A Discovery of Witches on YouTube and there are other episodes of popular shows now available for viewing with, I guess, the goal of encouraging new viewers to hunt down the rest of the episodes and fork over their money by subscribing to Peacock HBO etc.

I checked out the first ten minutes of St. Denis Medical and wasn't impressed but that's probably just me.

Here's the link to the whole episode.

Wonder if A Discovery of Witches is any good.... 🤔

Thanks betaylored, unfortunately the video isn’t available in “your country”. Too bad, I PVR’d this episode and my Bell box died, so I lost all my recordings. Still haven’t watched it!

A VPN set to the U.S., if you have one, will fix your problem.

speaking of medical shows, I can't help it and I keep watching the oddball "Dr. Odyssey."
Ut keeps getting weirder and weirder and I am starting to believe one story that says it is all really a dream happening in the mind of the doctor who is really in hospital in a coma from COVID.

I haven't given the backstory of Dr. Odyssey much thought, though the show has been a fun way to kill some time and it's now become a "let's see how much cornier it can get" kind of thing.

They even referenced Captain Stubing in one episode so it feels like the show runners have a tongue planted firmly in their cheek in moments like that.

Out of the "main four" from Dawson's Creek, Joshua Jackson seems to have been working more continuously than the others.

It's a mystery why I was able to see the video because I don't have a VPN and double and triple checked that the show was playing all the way through before and after I did the post just to make sure this wouldn't happen. Guess someone who is responsible for blocking the feed to Canada fixed the error that allowed me to watch the show.

I'm disappointed because I was hoping one of the discerning brainy folks on here could figure out why the show just misses and share their thoughts...

After reading all the comments on the big yellow board, Dr. Odyssey is going on my To Be Watched list.

Joshua Jackson in the brilliant sci fi show Fringe is not to be missed.
