I anyone else tired of hearing about Vince Carter? I know he was a great basketball player, but that is all I have heard today....television and radio! Let's move on! Enough!

When Vince Carter was settling into Toronto and was becoming a big thing I got to interview his mother.
Michelle Carter wrote a biography of her son.
When I met her it was clear she was the driving force of his life.
She was extremely sharp, articulate and charismatic.

I think you’re hearing a lot about Vince Carter because the Raptors retired his number (15) on Saturday night at the ScotiaBank Centre. It was a big deal for them as it is the first number the Raptors have retired. I think you’ll find the news cycle has now moved on to something else to get tired of!
