Well done CBC for this article, and here's hoping they or another news outlet, maybe even W5 or Marketplace, will blow the whistle on the current situation with Rogers and their bad faith business practices with their Chatr customers including double billing customers this month on pre-authorized payments. Rogers has also yet to repair the Chatr website that hasn't worked since the company "improved" it on September 9th. Customers still can't log in to their accounts to make a payment. Customer service calls are still being disconnected. The replies from frustrated folks in Chatr's X main page makes one wonder when someone is going to hold Rogers publicly accountable.

There's an excellent chance there's a less than charming business story behind the treatment the Chatr customers are being subjected to...

Good thing I only need one Ignite box. Actually box is an incorrect description. It is about the size of a slice of bread.

It does not make any sense to charge an additional $7 for a second box at a time when people are cutting cable. Keep the price LOW, not HIGH...make the cable (Ignite TV) customer happy and be glad you have them at all Rogers!!
