I couldn't get any volume, I'm not a X user. But, I get the gist, good luck Peter, enjoy retirement.

All the best Peter, always enjoyed listening to you on the radio and your take on events and politics.  Hopefully you will continue to post here on SOWNY from time to time.  You would be perfect for a weekly talk program on Zoomer Radio.  Good luck, enjoy family, life and welcome back to playing golf!!

I suspect the vast majority of podcasts don't make money.

When Peter Shurman was introducing a segment on the radio he often took the time to give a quick overview of the subject before going on with the discussion. This gave the less informed listeners a chance to get up to speed and become interested in the topic and also allowed the more in the know listeners a moment to feel knowledgeable.

I wish Mr. Shurman well.

He is a true class act and exemplifies how to properly construct a good talk program.

Not really a Shurman fan.  Too full of himself for my taste, but he was royally screwed over by the woke management of 640 for rightfully standing up to that idiot that got him fired.  He was totally in the right, and who has ever heard of her since?
