It appears that TJ Tucker (the author of that linked article) likes to embellish (ie. make stuff up).

I was watching Overdrive when O'Dog lost his front teeth twice in the first 15 minutes of the show.
 
What actually happened is that O'Dog broke a clip on his front bridge while driving into TSN.  It was Carlo-C who brought the Polygrip in for an emergency repair as O'Dog was going to be on the Leaf game intermission panel in a couple of hours.  

Brian Hayes was pretty funny as he picked up his phone & said he could use the Jiffy App to get O'Dog some emergency dental help : ))
