It's called CFBU - the BU standing for Brock University. It's been on the dial at 103.7 FM since 1997, but as the story below indicates, it's been taken for a wild ride trying to find a guaranteed studio location, which has proven elusive.

"Today, Brock Radio is still searching for a permanent home, but without the funds to acquire and maintain such a setting, that is more of a pipe dream than anything else."

It's been a struggle, but they're still around and still trying to play all kinds of genres, something you'd expect from a campus station.

I don't think many of us in the GTA can actually hear it over the air. Its total output is just 250 watts.

Brock Radio carries on despite challenges

It sometimes carries well to the Scarborough Bluffs so long as the Erie station doesn't overtake it. Heard from north Kawarthas, as well, from time to time, if strong local/regional enhancement conditions are just right.
Actually, from your headline I was expecting this:

I learn something new here every day. And you're right - I've never heard of that station or received it. Although I doubt that there's a lot of ears on it, even in areas where it comes in.

I should have added ... I think it's been off for at least a few months... I've never heard it, but it has been DX reported down that way.

CFBN - would seem Scott Flybush and son have heard of it and were impressed:  https://necrat.us/933niagara.html
I've heard CFBU the odd time here in Toronto. Unfortunately it and Star 104 Erie get buried in adjacent CIDC's upper IBOC carrier. Still wishing this HD Radio hybrid mode would go the way of 3D, but not holding my breath.

Scott's who I had in mind when I said it had been DXed from the area. I hadn't seen the above link, thanks Evuguy!
