Netflix runs a lot of the Pythons' best material, including their movies. But come November, the parrot really will be dead and will cease to be.

The Entire ‘Monty Python’ Collection Is Leaving Netflix Globally Soon

Has some other media conglomerate purchased the broadcast rights?

No time to read the article. Too busy smugly patting the DVD box set I keep on my bedside table.

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Thanks for the heads up RA, forewarned is forearmed, unless you're the Black Knight.

p.s. Eric Idle will be delighting Python fans with a new brand new book that hits the stores tomorrow.

Idle was complaining that streaming revenue was pathetic. The Pythons (if they are talking to each other) might try to get a better deal from a streamer or opt for another format such as selling direct access through their own site or another platform like iTunes.

Considering the slightly annoying and possibly prohibitive shipping cost of ordering a physical copy of The Spamalot Diaries from across the pond or the States right now, we're fortunate that the Toronto Public library has just this afternoon added both the audiobook and book of The Spamalot Diaries to their online catalogue.
