The Quebec communications giant appears to be trying everything and anything so it can assume control of the troubled company's TV and radio stations. 

According to the article linked below, there aren't a lot of suitors for the company, so Quebecor may have the best chance of taking over Global and the Corus radio outlets. But it's far from a done deal and a lot would have to go right to make it happen.
