It's interesting to see these changes of the show.
- Dina does not appear until 8am
- Devo is in every sit in conversation  with Dina and Tim
- no news after the 8am session

Just now before the 9am, BT correspondent Brigitte Truong doing a segment for Jamieson vitamins and supplements.  However, before 8:30am she is live at the Courtright Centre making maple syrup.

No so live now I guess.

That is interesting and I saw mention of that elsewhere on this board, too. I wonder if they're just figuring out how to use people and where, and it'll change, or if that was part of her new agreement in returning to BT, that she could wake at a (slightly) more "normal" hour and join them later, on a show "already in progress".

The 8am hour is the most viewed, and it's not even close.

8:30-10 is now syndicated network-wide, hence no Toronto news after 8:30

Years ago when Dina was initially on BT, she had a similar arrangement and would join the show at 7am or 8am, so it must be part of her deal. I wonder if her return has reflected in their ratings.

Dina is only in Toronto one week of the month. The other 3 she is back home in the Cayman Islands. BT pre-records every segment during that one week she is here. Nightmare for continuity.

Did not know that. Somehow I think this is BS since BT is a live morning show, their host should be live and spontaneously keeping us informed/entertained instead of pre-taped generic info.Fairly lame.

Is that's true that is such bullcrap. You're now an executive producer and you're only there one week a month. Pathetic.

Although aware of it, having never watched a single second of 'BT' in my life, I will have to take your words for it.

It was once a very entertaining show Walter, which usually had a musical guest, some big names even! It lost some of its zip when it moved from 299 Queen W to their Dundas Square location, like most of Citytv, and now it seems pretty sterile in its latest location, too bad!

I don't think segments with Dina are pre-recorded.

I thought it was odd that BT correspondent Bridgitte live eye but 30 minutes later she is back in the studio with a rep from Jamieson promoting vitamins and supplements.

This is something Rogers or BTS staff should have planned and layout out for airing.
