The Southern Ontario/WNY Radio-TV Forum / Vista Radio Stations Now On iHeart Canada App

I'll give the iHeart people credit - they're not just putting their own stations on their app. Corus also has their outlets on there and now Vista has given people another reason to join the program.

Here's the list of stations they've added.

Good for Iheart.
I love Iheart.
Its very user friendly unlike seekr.
I find seekr very slow.
And, iheart has there own internet radio stations.
I guess vista wanted an easy way not to have to transfer the stations they boght from bell to a new player like radioplayer.
I hope whiteoaks and durham join.

They basically have all the major radio companies except Rogers and CBC.... (Vista, Pattison, Evanov, Corus, and of course Bell)

Not yet.
They don't have golden west, durham, ralco and local radio lab.

It wasn't that long ago that iHeart only had Bell stations and everyone else signed up with RadioPlayer Canada.
Now, Rogers is the outlier with their Seekr app and iHeart seems to be absorbing all the RadioPlayer Canada outlets.

I said "basically" and "major" so yes.... I was correct. None of the companies you mentioned are major and most are in very small markets

If you have an iphone, the music app inbedded on the phone or, "Apple Music" even with no subscriptions pulls in all tunein stations (which houses pretty much everything) and the iheart stuff.....FYI.

Maybe..... but so far Zoomer & Classical fm are not on iheart...

Also, CKOC, CHAM and CKWW are not on iheart, they are on the CINA radio app
