I would prefer something by David Bowie, but beggars can't be choosers. Plus, who can afford the long distance charge to their request line?

A bit ho-hum, IMHO. Not one of their better releases. They should have gone with Billy Thorpe's Children of the Sun. It was released in 1979 and was a fixture on 97 Rock, back in the day.

Despite the subject headline, it won't be the first song ever broadcast from the moon. The craft that was supposed to air this epic tune had a failure in its lander and the playing of the song is off. So for now, Imagine Dragons will have to imagine they pulled it off.

I heard the lander was stuck in some type of moon ditch, too bad. I also think a Bowie song or something more classic would have been a better selection, but maybe Imagine Dragons actually paid for the honour/publicity.
