Schitt's Creek left Netflix in the US in October 2022 after the three year contract was finished. Hulu outbid Netflix for the streaming renewal of the show in the US. In Canada the program was on Netflix until Feb 28th 2023 and now is only on CBC Gem.
As always, it all comes down to money.
