Another Free Streaming Service Enters The FAST Fray

It's called Sling Freestream and promises 210 ad supported live channels and at least 41,000 on demand titles ranging from movies to TV shows. No credit card is needed but you will definitely need a VPN set to the U.S. to get any of the shows available.

"The free channels and titles include ABC News Live, CBS News, Cheddar News, ESPN On Demand, FailArmy, FilmRise, Cinema: Boxed In, Dilemma, GoTraveler, Rick Steves Europe, Anthony Bourdain A Cook’s Tour, The Pet Collective, The Walking Dead Universe and VH1 I Love Reality, among others."

Sling, in case you've never heard of it, is tied into the U.S. satellitecaster Dish Network, and has a paid service which allows streaming access to a host of popular American cable channels wherever you happen to be. This new service requires no payment and of course, offers a smaller amount of material - along with unskippable commercials.

If your VPN is set stateside, you can try it here.
