Normally, I couldn't care less what happens in the small market surrounding State College, Pennsylvania, but this has to be some kind of record. After a merger and some changes of ownership, no less than six radio stations in the area have either moved dial positions, begun broadcasting on FM, changed their branding or their music or altered their call letters. And it all happened at exactly the same time. 

I can only wonder what listeners turning on their radios this week think as they search for where their favourite is - or even if it still exists. I've never heard of change like this happening as quickly or involving so many stations and branding. If they have their own version of a SOWNY Board, it must be going crazy!
