Nearly drove off the road this morning listening to AM 640 in the car.
The morning host (is it Alex Pierson?) was talking about the Canadian justice system.
At one point she lamented what she alleged were lenient sentences for sex offenders.  She said she can't stand what the justice system is doing with sex offenders -- quote --"It's just in and out and in and out and in and out."
Yikes!
