It's most famous on this side of the pond for being the only alternative to the BBC back in the 60s. Now there's a book about the voices who brought Top 40 radio to Britain on the offshore Radio Caroline.
While most of the names will be relatively unfamiliar to those here, I hope there's at least a mention of Keith Hampshire, who not only became a fairly well known jock on the old CKFH but also a recording artist with a string of hits and perhaps his most famous that wasn't even a real radio single - the anthemic "OK Blue Jays."
