The woman with the Golden Ear, as she was known, was already a legend for her years choosing the music at The Big 8 during the 60s and 70s. But now Rosalie Trombley is officially one, after entering the "Radio Hall of Fame" on Monday.
And she's in good company. There were nine others honoured with the award - including one whose records Trombley probably picked to go to air. The late James Brown was the owner of a radio station in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was also elected alongside the music maven.
I have to confess I'm not entirely familiar with all the other names but some do stand out. Sid Mark was famous for his Frank Sinatra tribute show that ran for an amazing 60 years. And Bobby O'Jay was probably best known for the group that named themselves after him - the O'Jays.
You can see the entire list here.

Have to guess Rosalie would be really thrilled with this one. Terrific!
