New Free All Comedy Streaming Service To Begin This November
It's not clear yet if "Witz-Comedy TV" will be available in Canada, but a VPN set to the U.S. will at least let you sample it. A small early version can be found here, and it appears to work from this country.

It seems more like a website the guy made in his basement as opposed to a TV channel.

I thought that, too, when I looked at it, but I have to assume at launch they're not only going to pretty it up a lot, but offer far more material than the few paltry (and not that funny) samples that are up there now.
Still, I welcome any new streamer, especially when it's available in Canada - and especially when it's free!
