An Odd Ad Airing On Sauga 960

I very occasionally spend a few minutes listening to Sauga 960 just to hear what they're up to. Several times in the past few weeks, I've heard a commercial that isn't running on any other station. And it's no wonder. With the exception of a few words, the thing is totally in another language I don't completely recognize. It appears to be Punjabi, but I could be wrong.

It seems to be for the Gig Workers Union, an attempt at organizing people who work for Door Dash, Amazon, Skip The Dishes, Uber and other such jobs. What's so strange about that? The ads only run in shows that are totally English speaking.

I wonder how many people who do these jobs and whose first language isn't English would actually be listening to a show in that tongue? It's unusual enough that I've heard it a few times and it's always stood out to me. I just have no idea what they're saying. I also wonder if that means if they're actually reaching their target audience for the spot.
