Bell does away with a basic package that some viewers found the cheapest option.

Uh...I think newer TV's might have the ability to hook a mobile phone up to the TV, but I know nothing about the quality of the TV picture when doing so...

if you can get all their product for $9.99 per month, this is not a bad deal.

These apps can disallow viewing on a TV via the native "AirPlay" function on iDevices and TV screen share functions. Doesn't stop anyone from using a third-party app or hdmi cable however.

I signed up for Crave Mobile and they gave me Crave Total for five months.
As a Crave Mobile subscriber, you will enjoy a free preview of the following Crave Total features: watching Crave with up to 4 streams at the same time, having 5 registered devices, and Best video quality. Your preview will expire on March 29th following which you will return to the Crave Mobile features of 1 concurrent stream, 1 registered device, and Good video quality. You can change your subscription to Crave Total at any time.

A mobile-only version at the lower price-point that includes the HBO + Movies package will be very appealing to younger potential customers.
Dividing their tiers by use rather than content makes a lot of sense.
