And the fact that Quebecor (Videotron) spent $830 million, with much of that amount buying up spectrum in Southern/Eastern Ontario, and blocks in Alberta and BC, likely indicates that they are looking to become the fourth national wireless carrier. They could eventually be a wild card if they undercut Bell Rogers and Telus. Let's hope so.
