Randy Bachman's Final Vinyl Tap Airs In 3-Hr. Canada Day Special
Despite some less than enthusiastic opinions about this long running show on SOWNY, it's nonetheless sort of an end of an era as Randy Bachman does his final Vinyl Tap on July 1st. It runs from 3-6 PM Eastern, ending a program that's been a part of the CBC's Radio 1 network since 2005.

Despite less than enthusiastic opinions on SOWNY about his long-running show, R. Bachman has told Globe'nMail contributor Brad Wheeler (pg. A13, today's print edition) that he is in negotiation with classic rock stations to carry it on Saturday evenings, going forward
