Last Thursday was Conan O'Brien's final show on TBS, ending a multi-decade career as a talk show host, that included a 12:30 AM show on NBC and a brief stint fronting the Tonight Show that ended in disaster for him. 

His final show is now online for free - no VPN needed - and while I wasn't a huge fan, the opening 2 minutes with Homer Simpson doing an exit interview with an animated Conan is pretty great. The reference to the monorail, of course, is about one of the series' most famous episodes, which was written by O'Brien.
